Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds come with IGI certification, while our moissanite stones are graded for DEF color and VVS clarity, ensuring every piece meets the highest standard of brilliance.

Absolutely! Our design team can bring your vision to life, whether it’s a completely bespoke piece or a personalized variation of an existing design.

✧ We will be pleased to receive the customized and personalised order. We have a simple procedure for customized orders, the steps are as below...

  1. Start a conversation with one of our jewelry designers about your customized design. They will help you in the design process of your jewelry, also if you have a specific design in your mind, send us a picture.
  2. We will create a CAD (Computer-aided Design) of your jewelry and send it to you for confirmation. If you need any changes, you can let us know we will make the changes according to your requirements.
  3. Once the CAD is approved from your side. We will cut & polish your lab-grown or moissanite diamond and start the jewelry manufacturing process.
  4. When your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the Images & Videos of your jewelry and then ship it with an international courier company.

Warranty & Care

Yes, every Doozy Diamonds Ring purchase includes a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects, stone brilliance, and Ring setting.

The warranty does alterations made by unauthorized jewelers.

Unlike most jewelers, we provide lifetime insurance on lab-grown. You only pay 10% of the order value upfront, and this amount is fully refunded once the return window closes. This ensures that your jewelry is always protected at no additional lifetime cost.

Yes, accidental damage is covered under our insurance program. If your jewelry is chipped, cracked, or damaged from regular wear, we will repair or replace it. Contact us at support@doozydiamonds.com for more

We offer one free resizing within the first 12 months of purchase. Additional resizings can be done at a minimal cost.

Yes, we provide complimentary lifetime cleaning and polishing. Customers only need to cover the shipping cost.

Production time for made-to-order pieces is typically 12–15 working days, followed by shipping (5-9 business days within the USA).

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes(If Applicable).

Yes, but we have never faced any issue with the package being lost. You can rest assured with your package.

Yes, we offer rush order service so that you will get your jewelry before the best moment of your life. You must pay $100 USD for rush order charges. Please contact our executives to get the exact manufacturing timing at support@doozydiamonds.com.

Yes, you can change the address before the item ships from our manufacturing facility by sending a direct message. Once the item is shipped out, you can't change it. We will not be responsible for any loss of the parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.

Lab-Grown Diamonds

A Lab-Grown Diamond is a real diamond that is made by scientists who recreate the same circumstances used by nature, only this process takes a few months instead of millions of years. These diamonds are also called Eco-Friendly OR Conflict-Free Diamonds.

Yes, all our lab-grown diamonds are IGI certified, and you will get a physical authenticity certificate of your jewelry by shopping for lab-grown diamond jewelry.

Yes, all our Jewelry is made in Solid 10KT Gold, 14KT Gold, 18KT Gold, or 950 Platinum. The color of the gold can be chosen from White, Yellow, or Rose.

Yes, all jewelry comes with metal authenticity stamps.

Return & Exchange

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard designs, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and includes certification. Custom or engraved pieces may not be eligible.

Simply contact our support team within the return window, and we’ll provide step-by-step instructions with a secure return label.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on our orders as a general labor cost.

Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Doozy Diamonds piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs), we will resize it for free.

If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $200 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.
